EVA Film for encasulating solar modules Excellent UV, damp heat resistance, long term performance.

Our eva is extremely high transparency, suitable cross link rate, small shrinkage, good humidity & UV light resistance.

EVA film is based on EVA resin which basis to ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer resin, by adding a variety of modified additives, through melt extrusion made of the rmosetting hot melt film. Not be sticky in normal temperature, easy to operation. Produced by thermal lamination with the bonding enhanced crosslinking chemical reactions, making silicon wafers, glass, TPT multilayer material consisting of one firm bond as the product of solar panels, in actual outdoor applications up to 25 years life. A large number of applications at home and abroad well-proven solar panels, EVA film is the optimum cost performance, it is difficult to alternative packaging materials for solar cells. 

  EVA film is the encapsulating materials for PV modules. The fast cure film is the new type with better UV light resistance and bubble free in lamination operation.    By strict management under the ISO9000 Systems and good qualily, many module makers indomestic China and some European countries which use EVA Film have received thecertificate TUV.

The film can be supplied with the thickness from 0.30mm to 0.80mm and the width within 2200mm.    The main characteristics of solar eva film follows:    1) Excellent durability, such as weather resistance, high-temperature and    high  humidity resistance, UV light resistance.    2) Excellent adhesion to glass, metal and plastics PET, TPT, Maintaining long term adhesion.    3) Excellent light transmittance and transparency.    4) Inactivation and harmless in solar cells during processing    5) Have a high cross linking rate after lamination.    6) Good encapsulating propertie
